Wooden Crate Packaging
Each painting is carefully wrapped in protective materials and secured inside a custom-built wooden crate. This ensures the textured surface and canvas edges remain pristine during transit.
Damage Protection
In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, returns are accepted only if the piece arrives damaged or significantly different from the agreed commission. Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun, but we keep you updated throughout the process to ensure alignment.
Customs Support
We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
